![]() It's a solid capacitor , it's not matter what brand you must test it with a multimeter that has a capacitor test on it, out of circuit.but in my experience, i never replaced this type of capacitor and you may say what's the modem router problem ?

![]() why do you want to replace it fist place? Test it with an ESR meter.
