HP 14-al107nt Caps lock 5 long, 3 short

HP model 14-al107nt, came Shorted IO ITE 8987E, replace it, programmed it with an EC file extracted from the Bios Dump but no Luck, Caps lock error code 5 long 3 short "Bios did not return data to IO" anyone have experience with that

after measurement i miss Bios clock signal on pin 6, its not shorted and its connected with IO
