Corsair hx-rm850-1000i cold part IC identification

Need help , the corsairHX1000I was broken yestoday, there is a breakdown in the cold part, but there are a lot of strangers caps

Here two boards at hand, therefore ocr75, ocr62 and fc721, fc690 these are components from different boards in the same place, most likely the same series, possibly interchangeable

sot23-3 ocr75, ocr62 on the board is designated as u602
sot-23-6 fc721, fc690 on the board is designated as u2
Main board HAR850W MB rev: P07 2016,1000W MB rev: D03 2014/08/26

maybe someone across knows what these components are?
