REFLOW NOT WORK- DO ONLY REBALL - GTX780 shifted/bad colors

hello

have this GTX780 with shifted/bad colors. i try MATS and it show some errors on ic A1. i do proper reflow BUT colors still the same and add some distortion on picture. do MATS and it shows NO ERRORS

so i do reball and now everything works ok.

SO DONT DO REFLOW. DO ONLY REBALL!!!

but still no HDMI and DP, Only both DVI. Have anybody clue what to check?

Does it have the correct bios?
