Hi, I am trying to remove the bios admin password of a HP elitebook 850 G6.
I have a pomona clip for programming the bios.
Is this the right bios chip? see red cirkel in the photo.

Hi everyone. I'm working on some older vacuum tube test gear and replacing a ton of caps. That's what brought me here. Looking forward to reading some of the posts.

Hi All, found this forum trying to figure out what happened to my Fluke 87. Some great posts and helpful members. Still reading through the posts and hoping I can find a solution somewhere already here. Maybe someone will be able to help me if I can't find a solution already dealt with. Or maybe I can help others out too. Currently fixing my KEF KUBE-I and found a solution (I think) waiting for the parts :-)

About me: I'm an Aeronautical Engineer with the old fashioned view of fixing things rather than junk it or flog it on an auction site then go buy a new one. "If you can, fix it".

Hope to share experiences and give and receive help on here. My first post so Hello all from Bristol in England.

hey everyone. I am a computer repair tech that recently (like a year ago) got into doing board repair. I've been slowly teaching myself microsoldering and all that, still don't really understand the theory side of it, but i think I'm learning lol. hope to not be too much of a bother.
