bjr I had changed the hp + the jack, why do I have sound sound with headphones I updated the drivers, still the same problem no sound when starting the laptop pc thank you for telling me friends, I'm new to the excellent cityComment

try with a wood for teeth inserting it with a cut flat tip and see if u have sound in windows.Comment
