Odd however all the ports are pulling the same voltage all the way through. Same amps as well. I am kind of confused

He is pulling the same voltaga and amps such as me however one port was bad like he said, all my ports are pulling the same, has to be something else possibly? I would assume maybe a CD3215 may be off? Maybe I need to reball them I suppose.

            Re: A1990 MBP 15" 2018 No Power

            See attached.

Your logic board has a CD3215 @ U3200 that is mated with a local SPI flash rom to boot the configuration for the power delivery interface.

Respectively, the ROM must be functional; with the correct data and then the power delivery feature will operate as required.

Check to see if there are voltages present to power the SPI ROM used to configure the CD3215 @ U3200. Check pin # 8 of U2890.

Do you see a clock pulse train on pin # 6 of U2890. Maybe you can check with a scope ? Otherwise, check the voltage with a meter.

Then check MISO (master in; slave out) & MOSI (master out; slave in) pins for voltages / scope activity.

              Update:
              u2890 Voltage readings
              Pin 8 (3.3Volts)
              Pin 6 (0 volts)
              Pin 5 (0 Volts)
              Pin 2 (0 volts)

Any suggestions? May need to remove this chip?
