All of the electrolytic caps on the power supply test good in circuit with ESR meter.
cracked parts mean they had crack at the Insulation material on the body shape. they will tested OK but will not work normal.

      Re: LG 65UH5500 Dead

I finally broke down and ordered a power board. TV works! I'm going to keep the bright levels down low because these are bad for buning out LED backlights. Thanks for the help yall.

I know this is an older post.. but I'm running into a similar issue - I'm getting the voltages - most of the time - but large caps have ~350V even with nothing is connected to power board. Is this the case in this post? Seems he's had 360V all the time on his large caps. Is this the proper mode of operation on this board?

            Re: LG 65UH5500 Dead

From what I gather, seems like C10 was bad plus something else on the powerboard was bad because a replacement board solved the problem.

I had exactly same issue with the power board for this TV. The voltage on main caps was fluctuating and the output voltages 13v and 80v were not stable. After the diagnosis found the one of the diode on secondary was short. This was causing the short circuit and forcing PFC to shutdown. In my case replacing D23 solved the issue and TV is back to live .
