How to read PCB symbol for 6 pin push-pull switch?

    Hi!

I am a bit confused how to read PCB markings for 6 pin push pull switch. I had problem with my 6 pin push-pull switch on my UT58A multimeter. It did not lock properly. So I decided to replace it. I forgot the orientation of original button. And now I need some help with understanding PCB.

I learned from google how to identify orientation of push-pull button:

But I am a bit confused which way PCB expects it. I expected that PCB would have some kind on intent marked on it. But mine has 3 marked instead. I attached the photo of it where I marked each intent with numbers 1-3. I would like to know what each intent means and which way does this PCB expect me to install this button.

The way you have the number I would think that this is way it should be put in only because on this it shows the direction and the other two markings would that it a latching switch type

Although I can not say that I have seen this type of symbol for this type of switching but is a first time for everything

When the switch is pushed IN, it should connect (2 & 3, 4 & 5 on your meter pcb picture). Pins 1 & 6 are connected together, according to the schematic and as seen in your picture. The switch is in the ON position in the schematic.

worst that might happen is the switch will operate backwards

Managed to get it in the proper way.

normally closed will go to where its marked as switch closed on the pcb
Whats that symbol exactly? Like the symbol that I marked with nr 2 on my attached file? Just asking so I know how to read these in future.
