when testing vcore i dont found any volt
the vtt = 1.05 volt
i changed the isl 95836 and nothing new

1) what is your voltage reading for CPU_VTT ?

2) what is your voltage reading for VCC for this PWM ?

3) what is your voltage reading for PGOODG ? One side of DR452 will be fixed @ VCC3 value. Post the voltage readings for both sides of DR452.

4) attached is a better drawn our diagram to understand how this PWM is to be wired.
