Zotac GTX 260 burnt component - can anyone identify?

    Hi guys
This Zotac GTX 260 had a high side MOFET on one Vcore VRM phase short circuit Drain to Gate (Not short Drain to Source)

This has burnt out the drive IC L3E (ADP3110A) and also an SOT-23 device very close to the driver IC. According to the PCB markings 'Dxxx' this is likely to be a diode.

Basically the VRM has 4 phases, two powered from one 6 way connector and two powered from the other 6 way

I would assume each pair of phases are basically identical, the burnt out phase has SOT-23 devices WW1 plus the burnt one.

The good phase circuit looks basically the same but in this case the SOT-23 devices are different - it has WV3 in place of WW1 and WV4 in place of the burnt one. So because the phases have different devices (WW1. WV3) I can't be sure the burnt one is WV4.

The attached pics should make the above description clearer

Also the repair attempt video is here and has good hi-res shots of this area of the PCB using the microscope

Can anyone identify the burnt component? Thanks

      On my board
WV4 - BAT54S = SERIES Schottky - It does read like this in circuit
WV3 - BAT54A = COMMON ANODE Schottky - It does read like this in circuit

WW1 - BAT54C? - Reads like a common cathode Schottky and the SMD code does appear to be BAT54C so that makes sense
      BURNT ???? = short

I honestly would have thought both these circuits were the same but WW1 does not match WV3 or WV4 so I am still really no nearer in identifying the burnt one - can anyone help, someone who has one of these GPU maybe?

Well I eventually got the info I needed from someone who has two of these Zotac GTX 260

        The burnt component is WV3 94 so it's a BAT54A
