HP Pavilion 23 All In One - Broken DCIn jack and SIO

Hello guys

This is an old device from a friend.

DC jack was broken, and I figured that SIO was also KO.
Replaced SIO and DCjack, and DCin LED is now ON again

But when pressing power button, nothing happens.

Does the SIO needs to be programmed? ITE IT8518E

Its not programmable. https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=66963

The replacement must have the same suffix though CXA, CXS or HXA

Thanks, not sure if I still have the old SIO ... but I was not aware of that
