AMD Radeon RX 570 MSI Armor - not detected, fault finding

I am trying to save RX 570 MSI Armor that is not detected.

I have done some troubleshooting. So here is what I know so far:
    - fans don't spin on startup
    - no shorts
    - no visual damage to PCB or components
    - GPU is heating up
    - 12V (from 2 connectors) - present
    - 5V - present
    - 3,3V (from PCIe connector) - present
    - 1,8V - present
    - 1,5V - present
    - 0,9V (Vcore and/or Vmem) - present

It looks like all voltages are present but card is not detected (does not appear in device manager).

I have done some more measuring around actual GPU. No shorts on PCIe lanes, no shorts on reset and 5 & 6. Reset has low reading (aroun 0,1V), GPU has power and clock.

After that I checked BIOS chip. It does have power however chip select never goes low. Also BIOS chip does not have CLK present (0V/0MHz). Not sure what values should be here, but probably not 0. If I understand correctly the schematics for RX 4XX/5XX series, BIOS CLK comes directly from GPU.

Is the GPU itself faulty or am I missing something?

If reset is 0.1v when the card is powered up, then the GPU is not coming out of reset, you can check this at U100 pin 4, should be 3v3

Apparently this is the case. Any idea why would that be?

No idea unless its the gate chip itself, but you say no short on the pcie reset and then there is something wrong with pin 1 - b which is also connected to 1.8v_en and should be 3v3 also

I did notice pin1 low as well. I have done some checking back to its supply and that got me to Q210 & Q1010 (both MMDT3904).
I am unable to locate C1009 from this schematics, none of the surrounding elements are connected to pin6 of Q1010 and pin5 of Q210.

Well it looks like q1010a(the top one) should be turned full on with 0v on the collector, but it isn't...

I did change Q1010 with other part but result is about the same - 1,4V on Q210 (also changed) pin 3. Could use some directions here.

Maybe the gate itself is knackered. Who hasn't been trialling WinRAR for the last 26 years? Lol...

this is rails up signal (pin 3 of q210), and is send directly connected to 3 or 4 circuits that pull down under specific condition. there is other transistors same Conexion that could be dragging your 3.3v down

Hi There, hope you doing well.
Did you find the root cause of your problem?
I´ve the very same board with the very same issue.

                      Any guidance?

                      Thanks!

That pic looks a lot like the circuit I was mapping lately, on my 6700xt, I could see on mine that it was using a bunch of rails, tied to the 1v8 buck regulator enable pin, but it appears to be a disable, not enable. So maybe it part of the PCIe reset, or HPD, or whatever all that is.

It used a few sot323-6, marked MAz or MAN, and I think they are dual 3904, but I'm very very new to GPU circuits. But it makes sense in LTspice, but god knows what other traces I'm missing.

I've DLed a few schematics and stuff on here, how similar does the logic tend to be, from gen to gen, and from AMD to NV ?
