Gigabit Gtx 980ti garbage display

Hello please anyone help me out
I have a Gtx 980ti gigabit graphics card The problem is that without installing drivers display is fine but when I trying to install drivers drivers installation failed and garbage in display appears picture is attached

Are all other drivers up to date? Have you tried a clean driver install? I've never had to use ddu but with Nvidia choosing custom installation and picking clean install has solved alot of display problems with me in the past.

Could also be memory chip / gpu problem.
You van try running mats/mods and see what it says.

But first try DDU as above post.
