k7sem v3.0 replacing MOSFET

hello

my motherboard k7sem v3.0 wasn't working i looked inside ,noticed 4 3300mF swallowed caps,replaced them,but post didn't came up.
then i smelled something burning ,i found that one of the mosfet was boiling.
could be the problem

i can't really distinguish the details on the mosfet,it's very faded.
can i replaced that fet with any fet i have lying of one of my old mobos? (P3)

Surely not, you have to know that RdsOn, how fast it is and of course if it is a Mosfet, an N or p type or an shotky rectifier diode.

ok.. let's slow down a little bit

what is RdsOn?
how will i know the other details if they are faded?

i wrote mostfet but i really don't know what is it beside it's a trasistor(i saw it written some place )

i know it's not diode because the letter Q is shown.

also could anybody who has that board or other versions tell what is the transistor details(it's beside the 3300mF caps).

cause mine is extremely faded i tried looking at it with storng light but hardly could see any numbers.
