Selling it on ebay and saying it works just fine. Just a small problem with the usb ports. Wonder why??

I just emailed him telling him about the caps. I bet they are GSC


It's funny because I used to own an Albatron KX400+, only used it for about 2 months so I wouldn't know if it ever blew up.

I doubt the caps are the cause of that problem. Those look like major VRM input caps, not part of the USB power.
But they will make the board die pretty soon, and it's probably already unstable.
