You mean 15-20 seconds before showing any image? Or when showing BIOS image? Is it everytime you shut it down/turn back on (without disconnecting from the mains) or reboot?

      Tried reset CMOS?
Tried with nothing except PSU/RAM/CPU connected to the board, outside the chassis?
Tried to update BIOS again even if it's up to date?

15-20 sec before showing bios image. It is everytime when shut down or restarting.

Reset cmos ,rewrite bios with ez flash with B85M-E BIOS 3602.

Mainboard its on thre table and have one stick of 4gb/1600 mhz and the cpu.

        Thx.

Flash this bios with your programmer, not easy flash.

Thanks this BIOS helped me to solve the problem of
"USB Device Over Current Status Detected !!"

I know that would be more of a physical problem than BIOS, but the truth is that the ports did not have any problem, they were in good condition, also clear the CMOS and nothing, but flashing the BIOS worked and already revived the Motherboard with that.
                Thanks

Hi all, I've spent the past week digging through the forums and guides to try correct my foolish mistake of changing hidden settings while tinkering around, and to be honest my heads overloaded so I'm hoping you'll be able to help.

I used a tool called 'Smokeless-UMAF' to access usually hidden settings in the bios. I tweaked one or two 'safe' things but made the mistake of tweaking a lot of settings under 'USB/Thunderbolt Configurations' when I didn't know what they did. For...

With ASUS, not everything is quite so simple. I will show you my way. It may be longer or harder but it is the right way to do it in my humble opinion.

For example, you can have 3 similar ASUS motherboards, all being the same model, all of which will have different BIOS versions.

I will give you an example and my version of preparing BIOS from ASUS website and in the process I am always cleaning Intel ME while doing it so you have fully cleaned BIOS, no DMI data, no password, nothing.

This is the picture of 3 similar ASUS motherboards, all of them being X555LD...

ASUS ex-b250-V7 motherboard bios corrupted - by me
                  by oragano
hey all, i did a silly thing and flashed bios to perfectly working board. None of the asus official download bios would work with ez flash. They all gave error saying not supported bios file. I tried using uefi tool to extract it to a bin file but then ez flash wouldnt even recognise it.
So, i used freedos and afudos with the aforementioned bin file i extracted and forced the issue. After bios reprogram, reboot and it was dead. Fans spinning but no post.
i have a bios writer and none of the .cap files from the official site work either. I just get one spin, then off, then all fans...

                  Asus Ally rc71l bios
                  by chudofermer
                  Hello!

Received Asus Ally rc71l with the wrong bios.
Have the original package and all serial numbers.

Can anyone help me understand what is wrong?

                  Condition:
Received with an original box with all serial numbers
Due to the bios updating, something went wrong and I can not check in the bios. The recovery mode sometimes appears, usually was stopped on the logo.
Got the flash dump, nothing found on DMI section
No Windows key, just key ID on the box

                  What is done:
                  1. Flash the latest bios version with serial numbers...
