i want to ask the follow
AQH2223 is an ssr chip
between 6 & 8 pins i have 53 ohm resistance is shunt ?
or its logical value ?

the resistance must be high ?
it doesnt refer the manual the value

6 & 8 should be almost open-circuit when not turned on.

the ssr is bad if you have it desoldered.
