PS5 power supply not working

Hello. Brought Sony PS5 with a malfunction does not turn on. Found that the power supply is not working. No visual defects were found. Full fuse. Capacitors C2, C5 are charged (voltage comes to them). Does anyone have a diagram or can you please tell me how to fix it. Little experience with power supplies. I will be glad for any of your help. Thank you.

DAP 0537 gets very hot. I wanted to order from Aliexpress, but there is no such thing. Are there any analogues of this chip? Thanks.

Re check the number I think it is a DAP 053T , This is the APFC/PWM controller ic
I also found this which might help
Also the DAP053T seems to be a TEA2016AAT/1J

It is unclear how to check EL 1013? Like a regular diode between 1 and 2 pins, and 3 between 4 pins? Tell me please.
