Palit GTX 1050 TI memory problem?

Hi guys,
I have a Palit GTX 1050 Ti card with 2GB rams. (ne5105t018g1-1070f)
The card wont give picture and if this card is the secondary I get picture from the integrated GPU but the windows is freezing after the GTX 1050 initializing.

I tried to test with mats but I don't understand the result.

Could anybody give some advice, how can I find the reason of this fault?

never see this kind of result but it shows that all memory chips is bad.

i will suggest to reball gpu chip

Check that there is a 40 ohm resistor, and that 1.8 V is reaching the core .
I had a 1050 with such errors and it did not have this resistor.

Thank you for your suggestion but unfortunately I measured that exact values, so not is the reason of the problem.
I'm afraid the problem is the gpu, because I tried to change the memory modules from another card and the reports of mats contains lot of errors with every modules.

I will try to reball when the stencil arrived from China.
