Intel DH87MC bios required

Need bios of intel DH87MC. Only MC0164.bio is available which is 9.6 mb.

old file its working good 8 mb
tested
if you need to update 164 remove bios jumper and copy bio file to usb and update

i am facing very strange fault on this board intel DH87MC
All usb ports working on bios setup fine. but when i try to install windows, usb ports stop working
even i load old windowns, usb mouse and keyboard numlock works, when i goes to windows logo, then usb ports stop working and no light on mouse and kyboard numlock
i checked hardware, i feel doubt that this is bios problem. i update bios through usb but fault remains the same
any help???

board is ok, display and everything is fine
bios setup opens by usb keyboard and mouse also works in bios setup
windows load smothly, but in windows usb keyboard, mouse and usb ports stops working
same fault during windows instalation. usb boots and start installing windows, and afterthat, usb ports stops working
