Don't need to program the BIOS. What he means is just transfer the BIOS chip physically. So from the Bad board, take the BIOS chip out.
Take the BIOS chip from the good board out and keep it safe.
Install bad board BIOS into good working laptop, see if it boots. If it does, then BIOS is good.

BIOS - check all it's pins except Pin 4 (Ground).

Okay. Which is the BIOS chip? i have never done it so have no idea.

Is it the U6100 ?

One small thing.

The Good Board is 820-00239.
The Bad Board is 820-00923.

Both boards are 100% identical. Even the IC Numbers are. But we have no idea related to BIOS hence asking.

Not sure, looks like different SSD maybe or RAM size. Should be fine for testing.

The processors were different.

Instead of doing this since the mother board numbers dont match, cant we just get a Clean BIOS File and program it?

It's not a BIOS thing. I Guess the CPU is gone. Will have to just return it.
