Default ThinkBook 15 G2 ITL bios password help needed

Hi everyone!
I need your help with resetting a bios password for this laptop.
(BTW I had to recreated this thread as it was joined with another with same title)

I already tried some stuff but I cannot get any further now.
Laptop Model is a Lenovo ThinkBook 15 G2 ITL
Interesting ICs on mainboard:
Winbond 25Q80DVWIG 2134
24256e S15038

Details:
I started trying the stupid things first as I didn't tried reseting a password since several years (took CMOS and battery battery off and such)

I learned quickly that the new laptops store security things in an extra IC.
From the official firmware flash I saved the temporary extracted files from the manufacturer (Insyde, H2OFFT) and modded the platform.ini and also reflashed the bios but the password is still there.

Did a backup of the bios with UDOO so I could learn a little more with UEFITool about the bios and NVRAM.
As this didnt brought me any further I got myself a cheap EEPROM programmer(CH341A Pro) and tried to read/write directly from the ICs. That worked but even after erasing/rewriting the password was still there.

Any help appreciated.
I can upload backups and content of the ICs as needed

Winbond 25Q80DVSIG 2134 is not a bios chip. Its size is only 1MB. you need to find chip with symbol 64 , 128 or 256... for example 25Q64... 25Q128...25Q256..

I don't know if this model keep the password in the bios chip or in the EC (SIO Chip).
anyway i think your backup files are corrupted, because the hex is no good. try to backup again.
