Hi, I have an Hp pc as the title suggests, it doesn't turn on, the cpu fan moves by 1 millimeter when cold and stops, the mod. mb is PCDTL0ACY0Y1VV, I tried to replace everything to no avail except the cpu which I don't have is a 1155, I wanted to reprogram the bios with the ext programmer, but I can't find the bin file, do you think this could be the defect? If yes, do you have this bios? the chip is a w25q32bvsig . Thanks
