MSI MPG 350 Z Gaming Carbon short pch phase

I´m trying to repair this dead Motherboard and figured out that there might be a short on PCH_PHASE or PCH_1P05_VSB. The circuit has the very low resistance to ground. its about 40 ohms.... this cant be right or?

Motherboard is only powering for a short moment then its dead...

Use diode mode and check. usu here the resistant is low. 40 ohm could be fine. does it start up and run ? does it boot loop ? etc willl be helpful

40 ohms is fine for PCH, problem is elsewhere. Bulk of the issues I see on main boards is corrosion. The boards are that cheap these days I don't usually bother spending too much time on them.
