ASUS ET2012E Rev 2.00G Backlight issue

Hi guys, I need help from expert people (I try to repair at an amateur level I'm not a technician), I have this asus AIO ET2012E computer with a missing backlight problem, on the backlight cable in the central pins I measure 19V while from as I understood 45V should come out, the diode looks good as well as the resistors and capacitors, could it be a problem with the MP3394 chip? Anyone have suggestions? Thanks, I'll leave the schematic here

can someone more experienced than me tell me why where should I be up to 45v do I find myself 19v following the schematic attached?
