    Vizio D43f-J04 is panel dead?

    TV Model: Vizio D43f-J04
    Main Board: TPD.MT5583.PB751 (60103-00876)
    T-Con: BOE_CC430LV2D_43001 V1.0
    Panel: BOEI430WU1

The video of the defect is here: https://photos.app.goo.gl/fzfvmUqGXW3c1Nrg9
This is a dumpster find, don't know if it was hit, there are no visible cracks...

I though there may be something wrong with the panel voltages.
Those I managed to find on the T-Con board. Does it seem normal?
    12V: 12.27v
    VCC33: 3.28v
    1.2V: 1.25v
    VGL: -5.87v
    AVDD: 16v
    HAVDD: 7.47v
    VCOM: 7.0v

The weirdes thing: when I disconnect all ribbon cable from the t-con the panel seem to partially remember and display the last image before turning off...
Is this panel dead or there are changes it might be a t-con/driver boards issue?

look it over very closely, seems like a cracked/broken screen, sometimes the crack is hiding under the bezel.

Disconnect one cable from the tcon to the panel and turn on, what does the picture look like ? Put it back and remove the other,

ok after seeing that, I don't think it is cracked, wonder if it could be pressure damage from it having something leaning or sitting on the screen.
