    HP Pavilion x360 - black screen and PL4801 0V

    HP Pavilion x360 Convertible
    13-u062na

    PCB:
    Brittle MB
    15256-1
    448.07m07.0011

    APU:
    i3-6100U SR2EU

The board consumes 30mA after supplying power. After turning on 314mA, then after about 20s it restarts and the consumption is still at the level of 314mA, after a longer moment only the fan turns to a higher speed.
It behaves the same without RAM. There is no voltage on the PL4801 (marked with a yellow border), I bet it is the APU power supply. other voltages present. No content on the matrix.

BIOS reprogrammed with the same flash and this https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showth...hlight=15256-1
    hp x360 brittle MB 15256-1 448.07m07.0011 ok
    15256-3.rar

APU warm. No signs of water damage.
    PL4801 - 9.5Ohm
Please more experienced in solving the problem.

I swap the chips PU4701 and PU4801 with each other.
        Still the same problem.

        PU4801
        n1 2,5V
        n2 0V
        n3 4,8V
        n4 0V
        n5 0V
        n6 18.9V
        n9 0V
        n13 0V
        n19 0V
        n20 0V
        n21 0V
        n23 0V
        n24 5,1V

        PU4701
        n1 0V
        n2 5V
        n3 5,5V
        n4 1,1V
        n5 1V
        n6 18,9V
        n9 0V
        n13 1V
        n19 4,6V
        n20 4,6V
        n21 0V
        n23 0V
        n24 5V

        PU4801 n2 23MOhm
