the power ic of 3.3v and 5v here is PU4503

the voltage in all pin is

pin 1=1.13v
pin2=0v
pin3 -vreg3 =3.31v
pin4 = 0v
pin5=0.71v
pin6-7-8 =0v
pin9=4.79v
pin10-11 =0v
pin 12=19.12v
pin 13 vreg5=5.03v
pin 14-15-16 =0v
pin 17 =4.82v
pin 18-19-20=0v

it s normal
i think that's damaged
how can i know if it's good or damaged
