Gigabyte GTX1080 Ti - Not recognized - Troubleshooting

Hi guys. A friend of mine gave me a GTX 1080 ti which just stopped working during gaming (black screen). I've never attempted to repair/diagnose a GPU before, so please be patient with me .

    A few facts so far:

    - No signal to monitor/backlight (even after some time)
    - GPUZ/Mats not recognizing the card in any way
    - Fans are spinning
    - Gigabyte-Logo not lighting up

I've worked through this nvidia diagnose guide.
The resistances and voltages look ok to me (see attachments).

I've checked the bios chip. There is changing voltage on some pins. (I dont own an oscillator).

Does anyone have an idea how to proceed? Without special equipment? I've got a multimeter for sure and a test-bench.

    Thanks!

So far, no short any where? And all voltages present?

I have a similar issue with Inno3D GTX 1080Ti. Try checking if all the phases are working - that there's a PWM signal to all the DMOSes. Sometimes only the first phase is working.
