One resistor is for VSCN and the other one is for -VY, the board shows which one is positive and negative by using + and - signs.

This DM does not look very advanced but is enough for this job.

Now you remove the buffers from the TV and just run Y-SUS on it's own, measure -VY and VSCAN, are they stable and matching the panel closely(+ - 5V)?

Yeah, that will be the values I put in the last post.

Sorry, I didn't read that properly, so you have an Y-SUS problem, if VS is stable and all, all the voltages should read as the panel, there is also trimpots that allow you to raise or lower VSCN/-VY, but if they aren't even stable, there is something wrong with the board, you replaced the Y-SUS, do you have any warranty on this one?
If the Z-SUS board is also bad it could also damage Y-SUS.

I’ll have to double check the warranty on it. Sorry for the delay it’s been really rather busy last couple weeks.

Ordered a new Z-SUS board and new buffer boards which got me the same results when installed. Contacting the place I ordered the Y-SUS board from to initiate the warranty process.
