Change the part of me. If there is a jumper on boarder, disable Me.

Today i have recieved 1 more more motherboard DQ35JOE (DQ35JO)
everything is ok, fine and shine but first display come late (after 2 mints)
i cleaned bios successfully, but first display still comes late
Any master help me
