This model has two bios chips, 32MB and 16MB (chip position names at the motherboard are U365 and U366). If you want password to be removed (in most of the cases) 16MB dumb must be edited, or in some cases like the one above and I believe in your case too (not only Administrator but local user account passwords has been set) both dumps must be edited. Do I make myself clear?

try this ... enter the bios and restore the security settings to their default values, and restart your laptop
