Default macbook air- 820-00165-A no PP5V S4RS3 or s4 state

as described i dont get either. i forced 5 volts onto pad 3 of dc in board connector and then hookup the charger i get 0.182amps wont turn on and i still get no s4 state.

when i got this board j7000 was ripped out and i had to restore ppdcin_g3h to get to this point.

Missing PM_SLP_S4_L then I guess. All other G3H/S5/SUS rails present? Green light on Magsafe? Any pulses on PM_SLP_S4_L or other S4/S3/S0 rails?
