Most common fault on these causing this symptom is blown fuse on the T-con board.

If kasfamily is right, (I have little reason to doubt) then it looks like U14/UP4 may be bad.
What is the part # printed on them?
(N.B. You should use a good soldering iron to remove and replace them IF they are determined them to be bad. You can also use a hot air gun.)

Gamma issue or you didn't reseat the LVDS cable right. Try reseating the T-con TFT cables (4) and the LVDS cable from main to T-con. Also clean the contacts too.
