Emachines E725 no power

[ITSYSTEMSALBANIA]

Hi all

I have a emachines e725 board model Compal la-4854p with no power PQ10,PQ11 and BQ24751A where shorted i replaced all but i have no power please tell me what to measure to trubleshoot this board.I have attached the schematic.Thank you for your help.

heqi nga bordi dhe mate a eshte ne mase shasia apo pq mosfetet , nese eshte bordi nderro BQ24751A nese mosfeti nderroji ato. shiko dhe kush nxehet ne bord , nese nuk ke asnje te nxehte merr nje powersupply lab futi rryme me amper shum dhe nje do te plasi sesben pra ai qe e shte i djeguri ne kete rast.
