Hi this laptop doesn't start , when i press power button the led are flashing (every 10 to 20s ).
I have check voltage there is 19.5v .
i have check voltage on U54 (pin 3,7 and 8 ) it is not stable it ranges from 0v to 3v like the flashing led (when led flashing voltage up quickly and down when led are off)
PL8 = 3.3v
PL10 ;12;14 have 0v but voltage up 1 second when led is flashing.
Can you tell me what i have to check ?
