Ok try these,make sure you flash both.These are verified working so if they don`t work for you the problem is somewhere else.

Hi SMDFlea, you just saved me from buying another board, I flashed both chips on the board, same IH61I rev. 1.0.
This is a type 4004 machine and your files are working flawless.

There are 3 different bios versions for the M72e models .Open your bios backup with a hex editor and search for these keywords to find which version you need

F1KT , F4KT , F9KT


ThinkCentre M72e (Ivy), ThinkCentre Edge 72 (Ivy) and Lenovo 62 is F1KT***

ThinkCentre M72e (Tiny) is F4KT***

ThinkCentre M72e (PCI) is F9KT***

The bios at post #8 is F4KT
