Philips 42” monitor need help on IC

Got this monitor, and the power supply is faulty, I need help to identify the IC At position U9 301 as it has blown the top and can't see what it is, also looks like resister at R9 301 is burnt next to it, I have power on the hot side of the board and nothing on the cold side,
Just need to find out what this IC is please.

I believe it is a STR-A6069H, The resistor is a 1Ω 5% 1/2watt
