Photovoltaic panel that freezes with excessive heat

s it normal that a photovoltaic panel does not supply voltage with temperatures of 36/37 degrees C.? It happens to me that this panel in the hottest hours of the day (here in Italy we currently have temperatures of the order of 36 - 37 g. C .) you do not supply voltage and then resume in the hours of less sunshine. Can high temperatures block operation? The only characteristics of the panel I have are those that are attached in the photo.
Do you have any explanation? When the panel works, it loads normally, delivering up to 5 -5.5 A of current.
    Thank you for any replies

While power output goes down when panels get hot, you have a bad panel. Return for RMA. Probably interconnect is bad.
