Aquatec Orca 84/13 BS IMH need info on this part

hi guys,i been looking around to find this part number but find diferent info and kind of getting confuse....can you tell me exactly what part it is and with what can i replace it with.(a1772) on 1st photo you see the burn part that seem to be a power mosfet.
