    Silly question about led strps

    Hi , what makes the exact led goes bad within 3 days, changed one single led on LG TV and within 3 days the same led gone bad , really burned , did it several times but still the same one goes bad

      Likely how you changed it. What did you use to remove it and then resolder it? was the trace also damaged?

        maybe the old ones killed it .

          First one was taken from an other strip , use air gone from underneath to remove and resolder, second one was brand new, heat from underneath, third one was brand new, traces are fine

              if you really want to bypass it an led of correct spec is best to do that . or pick a diode with similar characteristics ,
