    I had something like that on an samsung ue5000 tv, and in my case it was one fuse in the middle of the led strip. I think that the first three are conected in series, and if one is interupted, all three are off.

      I cannot see the good clear pictures to tell you where to test the Voltages, I cannot even read the chart on the board to tell which pins are for the Anode and Cathode for each LED string and how each strings are connected to each other.

        I have a L46ZF_DSM BN44-00616A Power supply. There is broken (exploded) high voltage capacitor CS804 on HOT side of PSU. My capacitor have exploded on "identification" side and capacitance value is unknown for me. If somebody have possibility to check value of this capacitor, please inform me by reply to this thread. Arrow directed to CS804.
