Real or fake FGD4536?

Can someone please check if i got real or fake FGD4536.

The last picture is made afther a IPA whipedown.

Very hard to say, but I think real. I bought 50 from AliExpress, from whom I've had various fake devices, but so far I've used 9 of these without a problem (in place of 30F131 and RJP30H2A). Mine look identical to yours, with similar die stamps and similar slightly crooked identification. Batch code is same format. The engraved Fairchild F is the same and looks real....most fakes don't etch the logo with multiple passes.
How many do you need... I will never use 50.?

They look good to me. Test them in diode mode to make sure. Then cross your fingers.

These are mine. Original from the factory and bot ebay/Ali.
I pay a little more but they are 100% ok. I pay 0.40cents per piece and i bought 150 haha. Shipping via DHL , only took 3 days.

Hi,
received a batch of FGD4536 from Winsource, said as original from Fairchild. I have strong doubts that these are genuine, but have a look on the pictures at let me know your thinking. There is no mark from molding, and Fairchild logo is laser marked with 3 single splines.

Transistortester shows diode and 2x high resistance, IGBT not identified. But I know that also original parts unsoldered from a board are not 100% identified as IGBT with this instrument
