neon Tube power supply faulty T8006G V3.0

Hi everyone needs your help with this Neon Tube power supply
    Here are some pictures
Large capacitor has 320V but then nothing.has removed some parts but is not sure that they are bad except that they sounded bad on the circuit

Check these low-resistance resistors, if they are open, change transistors, diodes, the green capacitor is in order.

have tested them six resistors in the row below and after the capacitor, but no reading at all has lifted one side on all I must know their value

maybe because it's really low value that my multimeter can't read

On them, black dots are burnout, they burned out.

Very observant. How can I measure them? Have not managed to read current values on the fuse but good on large capacitor

A strange question, take a multimeter, set a resistance measurement of 200 Om on it and measure the resistance on these resistors.

I have done so but no reading at all because I wonder how to do it

Well, it means they are in the cliff, burned out.

Sure but all it is a bit strange then must be some other component that causes maybe the transistors or some of the capacitor around therefore the first blue diode is not good either

The resistors burned out because the transistors burned out, the blue diode is not a diode, it's a dinistor, you can't just check it and it very rarely burns out in this circuit.

That explains everything. so it is called Denistor it is denoted by "D" thought it was diode, it should be measured as Diode or?then I have to find two transistors or some equivalent otherwise it will not be quickly repaired + I have another that is broken but it is a bit different
