Query regarding repairing external CCTV microphone

    Hi,

I have an external CCTV microphone photos attached. The two cables (green and blue have come off the little microphone chip) however the pad has gone off the chip when someone dropped it.

There are a few metal bits poking up but solder wont attach as the pad has gone. Is there a way to repairing it? (I can solder) I was thinking of trying to attach a trace pad to the metal bits to see if it joins.

I have seen online some of them have the copper pads further down. Could I scrape the top off and go straight to the pad that way?

I can't seem to fine a exact replacement chip otherwise.
    Thanks

Just replace it with another mic. Probably it is just a El Cheapo dynamic style mic.
