    ps4 supply no12v no 5vsb adp-160fr

hi guys, I have a problem, the source recently had 4.8vsb but no acin_det
    CN121
    1_ acin_det 0v
    2_ acdc_stby 0,01v
    3_gnd
    4_5vsb 4.8v
That was at first, I jumpered 2 and 4 and nothing happened.
    I tried to jumper 1 and 2 also, then I realized that I didn't have 4.8v anymore.
    1_ acin_det 0v
    2_ acdc_stby 0,01v
    3_gnd
    4_5vsb 1v
    a crazy thing
on the main capacitors (c1 and c2) the big ones, I have 1v!
and if I leave the gnd tester tip alone it measures an oscillating voltage between 0.03v and 0.05v !
I don't know where to go from here.

I don't know but I think mainly my problem was the ic151 not detecting the 5vsb.
Then I turned the power supply back on and as I told you above I got 1v.
I measured large capacitors c1 and c2 and they are well charged with the capacitance meter. there is no short.
The diode bridge seems to be ok.
thank you in advance. i leave a similar scheme.

If you got 1VDC on these big 450VDC caps, then you blew something on the input. Look at the fuse and any shorts, or other opens in the primary side of the PSU.

      hi capleaker,
I already checked everything and I don't see anything strange, could the pfc integrated (ic41) be pulling this down? or the d11? What could I lift and see if I have voltage? If I get d11 could it explode? :S

do you get ac and dc at the bridge rectifier?

lol man , and thanks, the problem was the cable
Well, problem one solved, now comes the second, which is the one I mainly had:
I only have 4.8v in 5vsb, should I have in acin_det? Is it generated by ic151 itself?
I make the short between pin 2 and 4 and nothing.

            Additional Information
            ic43
            pin1 0,38v oscilates to 0,3v etc
            pin2 0,2v
            pin3 4.3v
            pin4 0v
            changed ic43 and nothing
            r170 4.8v & 4.71v (ic151)
