SCANGRIP POWERBANK 03.5782 - quiescent current draw 39mA

I got a scangrip I-View 03.5626 "Superior COB LED headlamp with sensor"
    These supposedly are high quality.

The usual discounted price is 60Eur.
While the headlamp seems to work OK, it lasts 1.5HRS as per manufacturer spec. The headlamp charges to 1345mA to a integrated battery that suppose to be 1600mA. The manufacturer explained that this is software cut-off and true capacity is higher because battery does not discharge fully.

Well I did not disasemble the headlamp yet to verify. But the SCANGRIP POWERBANK 03.5782 - quiescent current draw 39mA. The thing drops dead unused in 3 to 4 days.

The FLIR shows that supposedly Power management chip is faulty, but the chip failed to be identified by the numbers on it.

FLUX is everywherenot cleaned, bad job by SCANGRIP.

I returned the unit for warranty replacement.
