Up go this need help remove bios/absolute lock, try to see some videos on how to vlean bios using uefi tool and hec editor but no luck, i think i need some time, watch tutorial and try and try,

I received this unit bare bones no Hdd and No memory, would I not need to have windows to get the BIOS back up?
