Hi has any body got the correct diagram for this PSU fitted to Toshiba 19DL833B?
The one you can find on the internet is wrong ,on this psu the 12volts and the 24volts are connected together.

Post a picture of your power supply which would be helpful. The 12v and 24V connected together does not sound correct!!!

Chek your diodes for short circuit. D709, D710, D712, D713 & D715
